Overview
We only collect information that is necessary to provide services to members and customers and manage the website's forum, member's area, and analyze visitor data to improve the website ("Platform") in support of the group's needs. User information that is submitted vis membership registration is only for providing a more secure member experience. If any communications are sent out via email (such as notifications or a periodic newsletter) an unsubscribe method will be provided to opt-out if desired.

Some information is collected as part of normal store transactions, and other data is collected through cookies and other technology. We do not sell data to third parties, but do utilize external fulfillment vendors to process orders. This website is also part of the Wix hosting platform, which also collects some data relevant to maintaining website availability.

Your Profile Information. You give us information when you register on the platform, including username, password, date of birth (where applicable), email address and/or telephone number, information you disclose on your user profile, and your photograph or other identifying media.

We collect User Content through pre-loading at the time of creation, import, upload, regardless of whether you choose to save or upload that User Content, in order to recommend options and provide personalized recommendations.

How is Collected Data Kept Safe. This website has an SSL (secure socket layer) certificate, which validates and authenticates that the site your are visiting is authentic. The encryption, along with other tools you may use such has browser antimalware extensions, will protect most website interactions from being exposed to others. The online store is protected through Wix Payments transaction protection, along with the secure transaction mechanisms in place with integration with print-on-demand fulfillment services.

No transactional data is stored on the website - when a store transaction is processed it is completely secure and contained within the payment processor environment.

Underage (Under 13) Website Use: This website is intended for adult use, by the CORE riding group, Can-Am enthusiasts and owners, and the website and group rules are in place to encourage a safe and respectful environment for members and guests. Forum posts will be moderated for any inappropriate content on a regular basis, and will be flaged by the forum algorithm for review. Please report any instance of violation of group and forum rules to the moderators and it will be taken care of ASAP.

Third-Party Services. We utilize applications that integrate into the website to provide enhanced functionality. Personal user data is not provides to any third-party service outside of the ability to maintain the application functionality.
