Terms of Use

Introduction

This website is designed as a platform for Can-Am On-Road Explorers ("CORE") members, visitors, and Can-Am on-road enthusiasts to share their collective experiences with three-wheeled reverse trikes and other three-wheeled models. The forum, blog, general content, galleries, videos, store, and downloaded resources ("platform or service") all support the CORE and Can-Am community at large. The online store is an auxiliary resource with a primary purpose of providing a convenient method for the CORE community to purchase apparel, accessories, patches, and related items they would otherwise have to do through local print shops and other platforms. It is not designed as a commercial enterprise beyond supporting the group membership and others who wish to support the CORE group with apparel and other gear.

All activity within the website forums, store, and other visitor interactions must comply with group and website rules and these terms of use.

Intellectual Property

The CORE logos, patches, shirt graphics, and other exclusive content remain the property of the CORE group, and permission must be requested to utilize them beyond group membership activities. While we would like to grow the group to other areas, we must maintain consistency in what the group represents. In the future, other group chapters will have a set of guidelines to adopt as a condition of utilization of the group digital assets and other resources.

We only utilize Can-Am graphics to complement related CORE graphics in support of Can-Am, and do our best to honor the brand in a positive and consistent manner. Per their guidelines, we will never use these graphics in a disparaging manner. We regularly interact with Consumer Engagement in at the Valcourt office to seek guidance and learn how we can be responsible enthusiasts, owners, and stewards of the brand.
